Documents to be produced by the Shipper for Release of Bill of Lading

Proforma B/L containing B/L Instuctions given by the Shipper in a format prescribed by MSC
Copy of Shipping Bill
Invoice & Packing list in case of African In-land destinations
Advance Cargo Declaration (ACD) in case of Canada, Mexico, USA and South American ports
Measurement Certificate in case CBM is to be mentioned on the B/L
Copy of Hazardous Declaration Form in case of hazardous cargo (To be collected from our office at the time of booking)
Non-Hazardous Declaration from the Shipper for non-hazardous chemical commodity.
Customs approved Certificate in case of Short-Shipment of packages.
