Documents Required for Imports Delivery Order

Documents to be produced by the Consignee for Release of Delivery Order

Original Bill of Lading duly signed by the authorized signatory at the load port
A Copy of duly paid Bill of Entry
In case of Factory De-Stuffing:
Format to be drafted on consignee letterhead duly signed by cnee (signature duly verified by bank) along with CHA stamp and sign.
In case of Reefer containers Format to be drafted on Non Judicial Stamp paper of Rs 100 duly signed by cnee (sign must be verified by bank) and CHA stamp and signature, along with security cheque and Insurance copy
In case of PERSONAL EFFECT CARGO, the following documents shall be produced in addition to the above:
Original Passport and Copy of Passport
