Documents to be produced by the Consignee for Release of Delivery Order

Original Bill of Lading duly signed by the authorized signatory at the load port
A Copy of duly paid Bill of Entry
In case of Factory De-Stuffing:
Indemnity Bond on a Rs.100 Stamp paper, as per MSC format, for
indemnifying the Carrier against any damage to the container while the container is in custody of the consignee.
A crossed blank cheque in favour of MSC Agency (India) Private Limited
Insurance Policy wherein the insured party shall be MSC Agency (India) Private Limited

In case of PERSONAL EFFECT CARGO, the following documents shall be produced in addition to the above:
