Instructions for filling Form - 13
Enter your Alphanumeric Container number and submit the form.
Enter all the details in the fields provided. Start with the date field and press the "Tab" button on your keyboard to proceed to the next field.
In case all the details are not available these can be written by hand later during actual gate-in of container. Select " Print form"
